Well, let’s put it like this so people can see my thinking:
Anna visited her grandparents in Norway when she was little and on the plane she set next to a boy named Hans who was scared out of his mind of planes. Anna– who had just learned how to write letters– took out a pen and some paper and she and Hans began to write letters to each other while sitting next to each other. When their parents came to tell them they needed to go to sleep Hans had to change seats with Elsa. Hans was scared that he would never talk to Anna again and so he wrote a letter and got the flight attendant to pass the message to Anna. The flight attendant thought it was adorable so she would pass letters back and forth between the two. When it was time for the flight attendants to not walk through the aisles anymore both Hans and Anna got up from their seats and met at the back of the plane at an empty row of chairs and sat and started passing letters again.
Their parents didn’t even try to get the two to sleep or stop talking because they had seen the letters being passed and so they exchanged addresses and so after the trip was over Hans and Anna kept in contact. They always sent pictures and funny quotes with each letter and Hans had become not only Anna’s best friend but the person she realized she had feelings for. After having been Penpals for over 12 years and not having seen each other since the flight they decided to meet up. When they met up both were nervous and were shy about what to say to one another but after Anna pulled out the picture she had found that her parents had taken on the flight of the two of them and Hans pulled out the letter he had saved from the flight they started talking about everything and about how strange it was to see each other again and feel so close to someone they had only met once before.
That was when Hans kissed her. Anna was shocked at first but when he pulled back and apologized she kissed him and told him that she couldn’t believe that her penpal had become the first person she started liking and was her first kiss.
From there? Well, let’s just say that they were inseparable. Both attended the same college and for their graduation present their parents bought them tickets to Norway where Hans went to the seat they had first met on and he proposed to her.
